How does pricing work?▼
Start with the CRM — always free, unlimited contacts. Then add any of our ten Add-ons (Email, Messaging, Community, Guest Management, Giving, Runsheet, Ticketing, Media Hub, Spaces, Live). Each Add-on has its own slider: drag it to the volume you need and the price updates instantly. Every Add-on includes a permanent free tier, so you only pay when you outgrow it.
What's included in the free plan?▼
The CRM is always free with unlimited contacts, tags, segments, custom fields, notes and import/export. Every Add-on also has its own permanent free tier — for example, 100 email sends per month, 50 messaging credits, 25 Community people, 10 guest check-ins, 5 donations, unlimited Runsheet team members, 1 ticketed event, 10 Media Hub items and 1 Spaces room. No credit card required.
How does the church and nonprofit discount work?▼
Registered churches, religious organisations and UK-registered charities get 30% off all subscription Add-on fees. Toggle the switch at the top of the pricing page to see your discounted price. Verification is required (charity number or proof of religious-organisation status). The discount applies to subscription fees only — it does NOT apply to the transaction fees on Giving and Ticketing.
Can I change my plan anytime?▼
Yes. Move any slider up or down at any time and we prorate the change immediately. There are no contracts, no minimum terms and no cancellation fees. If you stop needing an Add-on, slide it back to the free tier or remove it entirely.
How are messaging credits calculated?▼
Messaging is one shared credit pool across SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram. Each message consumes a different number of credits depending on destination and channel — for example UK SMS is 20 credits, UK WhatsApp marketing is 25 credits, US SMS is 5 credits, and any Telegram message is 1 credit. The full tariff is published on the pricing page. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
What are the transaction fees for Giving and Ticketing?▼
Payments processed through the Giving and Ticketing Add-ons carry a flat 2.9% + 30p per transaction. This breaks down as 1.5% + 10p to Sendifai plus 1.4% + 20p to Stripe. Fees are deducted automatically by Stripe at the point of payment. The church/nonprofit discount applies to subscription fees only and does not apply to transaction fees.
Do you offer annual billing?▼
Annual billing is coming soon. For now, all subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe.
What happens if I go over my limit?▼
We'll notify you and help you slide up to the next tier — there are no surprise overages. We will never send beyond what you have paid for without confirming with you first. You stay in control of every pound you spend.
Is there a free trial?▼
No trial needed — every Add-on has a permanent free tier with no time limit. Sign up, use what you need, and only pay when you decide to scale up.
