Managing Your Plan
View Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and renewal date.
Upgrade Plan
Click Upgrade on your billing page. Changes take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrade Plan
Contact support to downgrade. We'll help ensure you don't lose access to features you're actively using.
Billing & Invoices
Billing Cycle
Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save 20% and are billed once per year on your signup anniversary.
Invoices
Invoices are emailed automatically after each payment. View and download all invoices in Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
Update Billing Details
Change your billing email, company name, or VAT number in Settings → Billing → Billing Details.

Accepted Payment Methods
- • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- • Direct Debit (UK organisations)
- • BACS/bank transfer (annual plans, invoiced)
Update Payment Method
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method to add or update your card.
Common Questions
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry the payment and send you email notifications. If payment isn't received within 14 days, your account may be paused.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime—you'll retain access until your billing period ends. Annual plans are non-refundable but won't auto-renew.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Yes! Registered charities and churches receive discounted pricing. Contact us with proof of status to apply.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all data before cancelling. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
