Understanding Your Dashboard
When you log in, you'll see your dashboard—your home base for everything in Sendifai.
Overview Panel
See your key metrics at a glance: total contacts, recent campaign performance, and engagement trends.
Recent Campaigns
Quick access to your latest campaigns with performance summaries. Click any campaign to see details.
Audience Growth
Track subscriber growth over time. See new signups, unsubscribes, and net change.
Quick Actions
Create campaigns, add contacts, or access settings with one click from the action buttons.
Key Terms to Know
Contacts
The people in your database—subscribers, members, donors, or anyone you communicate with.
Segments
Groups of contacts based on shared characteristics (e.g., "Active members", "Donors over £100"). Segments update automatically.
Lists
Static groups of contacts that you manually manage. Unlike segments, lists don't update automatically.
Campaigns
Individual email sends—newsletters, announcements, appeals, or any one-time communication.

Emails that send automatically based on triggers (e.g., welcome series when someone subscribes). Learn more →
Templates
Pre-designed email layouts you can customize for your campaigns. Browse templates →
Recommended Setup Sequence
Day 1: Account Setup
