Uploading your first sermon
Media Hub hosts your sermons, podcasts, videos, and content pages with a branded public library.
The upload wizard
- Go to Media in the sidebar
- Click + Upload
- Follow the 4-step wizard:
- Files — drag and drop audio or video files
- Metadata — title, description, speaker, series, topics, Bible references, cover art
- Options — visibility, podcast feed inclusion, scheduled publish date
- Review — confirm and publish
Metadata tips
- Speaker: choose from existing or create a new one
- Series: group related sermons for a themed collection
- Topics / tags: help your library search and recommendations
- Bible references: auto-linked to online Bibles on the public page
Auto-transcription (Pro+)
On the Pro (£39/mo) or Scale (£79/mo) tier, uploaded audio and video are automatically transcribed. Transcripts power:
- Searchable content
- Closed captions on video
- Click-to-seek timestamps
- SRT/VTT/TXT export
- Content repurposing (Scale)
After upload
Your sermon appears in the media library with a status of Processing while transcription runs. Once done, it moves to Published and is visible on your public media library at /mediahub/{your-org-slug}.
