Publishing a podcast feed
Media Hub generates valid RSS feeds for Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and any other podcast app.
Creating a feed
- Go to Media → Podcasts
- Click + New Feed
- Fill in:
- Feed title and description
- Author
- Language
- Category (e.g. Religion & Spirituality → Christianity)
- Artwork (1400×1400 minimum, square JPG/PNG)
- Explicit content toggle
- Save
Adding episodes
Open the feed and go to the Episodes tab. You can:
- Add existing media items as episodes
- Upload new audio directly from this page
- Remove episodes (does not delete the media item)
Episodes are numbered automatically. Podcast apps use this number for ordering.
RSS preview
The RSS Preview tab shows how your feed will render in podcast apps before you submit.
Submitting to platforms
From the Distribution tab, copy your RSS URL and submit to:
- Apple Podcasts → podcastsconnect.apple.com↗ (approval within 24-48 hours)
- Spotify for Podcasters → podcasters.spotify.com↗ (approval within a few hours)
- Google Podcasts → automatic indexing (no manual submission)
- Amazon Music → podcasters.amazon.com↗
Once approved, your podcast appears in search results on each platform and new episodes auto-publish.
