Planning Center import
Runsheet includes a Planning Center Online (PCO) import wizard on the Scale tier (£99/mo), letting you migrate existing plans, songs, and teams without re-entering data.
What you can import
- Service types and plans
- Song library (including arrangements, keys, and CCLI numbers)
- Teams and people
- Schedule assignments
How to import
- Go to Runsheet → Import in the sidebar
- Click Connect Planning Center
- Authorise the connection with your PCO credentials
- Pick which service types to import
- Review and confirm
Notes
- Songs are matched by title + artist. Near-duplicates are flagged for review.
- CCLI usage tracking starts from the date of import.
- People are linked to existing Sendifai contacts by email.
- Import runs in the background and typically completes within a few minutes.
[!TIP] The import is non-destructive. You can delete and re-run it if needed.
