QR check-in
Every ticket gets a unique QR code. When attendees arrive, scan their QR with any device's camera to check them in.
Opening the check-in screen
From your event detail page, open the Check-in tab and click Open Fullscreen Check-in. The scanner opens full-screen with the device camera active.
Scanning
Point the camera at the attendee's QR code (on their phone, print-out, or Apple/Google Wallet pass). A green confirmation appears on successful scan. Duplicates and refunded tickets are flagged in red.
Alternative check-in methods
If the camera is not available or the QR is damaged, use:
- Name search — type the attendee's name
- Card last 4 — enter the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase (Pro+ tier)
Kiosk mode
Tap Kiosk Mode in the check-in screen to hide the search tabs and show only the scanner. Perfect for an unattended iPad at the door.
Offline mode
The check-in screen caches all attendees locally. If you lose internet connection, scans still work and sync automatically when you're back online.
Volunteer access
To grant volunteer access to check-in without giving them full admin access, generate a Volunteer Access QR in the check-in tab. Volunteers scan it with their phone to get temporary access.
